Nothing is more important to us than our relationship with our referring venues. We will do everything we can to make sure you're happy with our products and our services.

In 2008, we revised our product with new higher coverage limits, lower prices, and coverage for select business events.

Why did we do this? Because venues like yours told us it was important to them.

In a 2007 survey, 95% of the venues who routinely refer clients to Private Event Insurance and our sister program WedSafe® told us they would also recommend us to a colleague. Overall they were very happy with our services and with the easy purchase process we offered their clients.

Our goal is 100% satisfaction for our referring venues. So we didn't just listen to venue concerns – we took action. We implemented significant product enhancements in 2008, all based on venue feedback:

  • Coverage for select business events
  • Higher property damage coverage and new limit options
  • Improved coverage purchase process so our referring venues would get the right certificate – the first time out

With these product and process enhancements, we are confident no other private event insurance solution currently on the market can offer you and your customers a superior combination of Primary Coverage, ease of purchase, and affordability.
