The Private Event Insurance Team
The day-to-day operations of the Private Event Insurance program and the web site are managed out of Aon's Affinity Insurance Services' headquarters in Hatboro, Pennsylvania (a suburb of Philadelphia).
Our customer service operations are staffed by licensed insurance agents who will be happy to respond to any questions or concerns you may have about purchasing your insurance coverage. They are available by phone, e-mail, or live online chat from 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Eastern Time.
From 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Eastern Time customer assistance is provided by licensed agents in our west coast satellite office in Los Angeles, California.
